DOG LICENSE 2013 All dog licenses expire 12/31/2012 Instructions for licensing your dog: The Rabies vaccine must be valid through October 31, 2013 (this is a state law not a Kinnelon rule)   You may renew your license via mail or in person at the Health Department Office.  Office Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Closed for Lunch 12:00 – 1 PM)   OFFICE HOURS: MONDAY-THRUSDAY  8:00AM – 4:00PM (Closed for lunch 12:00 PM – 1 PM)   By MAIL:  Send the License renewal form or the reminder card you received in the mail along with a check for the appropriate fees.  We will mail your license to you.  (We will also return any information to you that you sent us, after we have updated your records)   Dog – Spayed / Neutered  $ 16.00       Not Spayed /Neutered $ 19.00  After March 1, 2012 – Late fee $ 20.00
