Kinnelon Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Kinnelon Zoning Board of Adjustment is looking for a Kinnelon Resident to serve as an Alternate Member. Resopnsibilities of an Alternate Member are to learn the duties required by the N.J. Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55-D), Boro Building Code and how the board functions overall. This would be a non voting position, unless a quorum is needed. Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month, in the Boro Hall, at 8pm. Interested persons can submit an essay/resume and mail or drop it off to the Borough Clerk at the Borough Hall or email it to kiuele@kinnelonboro.org, marked to the attention of the Board of Adjustment Chairperson, Mr. Gene Orcutt.
