Notice is hereby given an ordinance entitled “An Ordinance of the Board of Health of the Borough of Kinnelon, in the County of Morris, State of New Jersey, Amending the Code of Ordinances of the Kinnelon Board of Health for Regulation of Electronic Smoke Devices/Vape Shops/Edibles Psychoactive Substances and Drugs” was regularly, duly and finally passed at the meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Kinnelon, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, April 16, 2026 and approved by the Mayor and Council.
