NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

 

In compliance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A 10:4-6 et seq., please take notice that a Special Meeting of the Planning Board of the Borough of Kinnelon will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held in person at Council Chambers (Municipal Building), located at 130 Kinnelon Road, Kinnelon, New Jersey 07405.  The agenda of the meeting, to the extent currently known, includes a public hearing on the application of 1481 Realty LLC seeking major site plan approval for property located at 1481 Route 23 and otherwise known as  Block 45301, Lot 102 on the Borough of Kinnelon Tax Map.  The public hearing before the Planning Board for this application was previously scheduled for Thursday, June 4, 2026, which meeting was cancelled, so the public hearing was carried to the June 25, 2026 special meeting.
