Notice is hereby given an ordinance entitled “An Ordinance Amending the Revised General Ordinances 
of the Borough of Kinnelon and Providing for Licensing and Regulation of Massage, Bodywork and 
Somatic Therapy Establishments” was regularly, duly and finally passed at the meeting of the Mayor and 
Council of the Borough of Kinnelon, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, February 19, 2026 and 
approved by the Mayor and Council.
